This treatment combines a hand-held rose quartz gemstone with botanical serums gently massaged to the face.

  • stimulate circulation and blood flow,

  • lifts and tones facial tissue

  • reduce stagnation and puffiness

  • softens expression lines (reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles)

  • calms the headaches and migraines

  • increases radiance

Energetic points of the face (marma points) are stimulated during the session, activating deep skin regeneration and healing. This treatment relaxes the whole body through reflexology, releasing stress, promoting circulation, and supporting skin health.

I often include this protocol when a client complains of frequent headaches or sensitivity to bright light. Massaging the jawline and some pressure points at the face also supports releasing tensions of the shoulders and neck.

Rose quartz has been used since ancient times for healing and quelling inflammation, speeding tissue regeneration. The oldest pieces of jewelry containing rose quartz date back to 7000 BC and are believed to be a remnant of the Mesopotamian culture.

Beyond our treatments, clients are recommended to include this tool regularly to their facial self-care routine for best results. The stone can be cooled in the refrigerator for an extra cooling, calming treatment, and used with an eye serum to brighten, freshen, and renew.
